About Land Development Services
The History of LDS
LDS was established in 1969 and has since made a name for itself as one of the leading land surveyors in the area. Many of our large client-base of loyal, satisfied organisations and individuals have been using our services since our beginnings. Though we perform the majority of our work in the UK, our experience includes contracts as far afield as Miami, Dubai, Greece, and Libya and on prestigious sites including Buckingham Palace, the British Museum, the Athens Olympic stadium, the Mary Rose and RMS Queen Mary II.
Our client base ranges from small, local organisations (such as architects, solicitors, and landscape designers) and private individuals through to government departments and multinational companies. We carry out a wide variety of surveying services including topographic surveys, measured building surveys, setting out and boundary surveys.
