Using GPS technology we are able to convert surveys which have previously been undertaken to an arbitrary datum and a local grid to OS grid and datum.

Precision digital levels are used where exact levelling is required, for instance to monitor subsistence or to compare bore-hole heights over long distances.

We prepare conveyance plans for plots of land and mark out boundaries for land registry and legal purposes.

We carry out volume calculations for stockpiles of materials and landfill sites etc.

We can generate ground models and cross sections through our topographic surveys for use in landscaping, road design etc.

As-built surveys are carried out on completion of a building project for conveyance purposes so that plans accurately show what has been built rather than what was originally designed.
